The groups used a lot of material for their tasks: Paper signs, posters, stickers, colors, and much more. This is how it is supposed to be in Design Thinking processes. Some of the groups´ tasks were: developing personas (target segment), a customer journey and innovative ideas via creativity techniques, applying the service logic model canvas and much more.
Students sometimes get a little confused by the non-predefined tasks and overstrained by the amount of tasks during the week. We are excited to see how they will consolidate their pieces of work in the end 😉
